All rooms are air conditioned and have mosquito screens fitted to windows and doors.

A superb fitted kitchen equipped with all modern amenities. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster.
The kitchen also has a water cooler and you can easily contact a local supplier who will deliver mineral water to the villa – no need to lug heavy water bottles back from the supermarket!
There is also a lovely eating area with dining table and chairs in the open plan kitchen.

Located off the kitchen area is a large lounge with marble fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD player and Bluetooth speaker.

The villa is situated in its own large mature garden which offers great rural and mountain views.
A large terrace which is perfect for al fresco dining, overlooks the large private pool (with tiled step access and hand rail).
The large garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing with sun loungers and seats. At the rear of the villa there is a traditional shaded Turkish seating area (kosk). There is also a stone built BBQ for cooking your culinary delights to enjoy al fresco on either the front or rear veranda.
Due to the close proximity of the villa to Dalyan town centre a car isn’t required but should you wish to hire a vehicle to explore further afield there is a large car port at the front of the property
There is free WiFi use all around the villa and garden/pool and the villa also benefits from free air conditioning throughout.
